That’s just it. It’s not a “diet” and it’s surely not a “fad diet”. It’s not a weight loss program either. It’s a short-term self-experiment that eliminates certain foods and then systematically reintroduces them so you know what works for YOU. You don’t eat this way forever but you will be armed with information to help you live in your Food Freedom FOREVER. There isn’t a person I can think of who WOULDN’T benefit from this. It’s about you and no two Whole30’s are the same. You can’t change what you don’t know and there’s a good chance you don’t even realize how certain foods effect you. If you make the commitment it could change your life and it starts with food. You will learn about non-scale victories, your habits, your energy, your sleep, your gut health, balancing your hormones, your relationship with food, and these are just some of the benefits. The results will spill over to the rest of your life and it all stems from just putting delicious, nutritious, whole foods on your plate.

Because it’s hard! We are not going to lie. There will be challenges along the way. A coach is going to help you plan and prepare for YOUR success, offer needed support, share knowledge (oh, and don’t forget great recipes and products) we have the resources to help you and whatever challenges YOU will face along the way.

Every individual is different and faces different challenges within their Whole30. For some it’s “how do I eat Whole30 when I travel so much” or “my kids eat junk food and it’s always in the house”. We have the answers for you to troubleshoot YOUR hurdles. My coaching will be offered in groups only and either online or in-person locally with a chosen start date. Every individual’s needs will be addressed and the entire group will support each other, learn from each other, and share openly. We will be a team!

Hopefully the commitment you make and the group setting will give you the necessary support and resources to finish your self-experiment but I can tell you there is not a person I have taken through a group that didn’t learn something that they didn’t know before. There is no failure, only education.

Unless there is an emergency on my part where I cannot perform my coaching duties there will be no refunds. This is program means serious commitment and accountability.

It is very important to me to get you an answer promptly and I will always do my best. We will have a group conversation application and you will have my email. I will make sure if there is a week where there are hours where I am unavailable the group will always know.

My group fitness classes will tell you – they are tough, but they are fun, and my Whole30 groups will be the same. The rules are strict and the commitment is real. Our team will feature support, success, spirit, information, accountability, and valuable resources. What we are going to learn together is also going to spill over to other areas of your life. You can do this and I know WE can do this.

No. Whether online or in person my packages will always include 7 days of prep, the actual Whole30, and a 14-day reintroduction. After that time period passes there will be options to get continued support with another Whole30 or in your Food Freedom.
